RETURNS POLICY

To submit a return request please email contact@sierrachase.com.au and use the subject “RETURN REQUEST ORDER #” with your order number. Please detail the reason of your return and if it is approved we will provide you with details on how to return your item. 

Items can be refunded (the full amount not including shipping) within 14 days of receiving your order provided the item is:

  • in original condition
  • unworn & unwashed
  • with the tags still attached

Please ensure the item is folded neatly when returned. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We advise to return parcels through a secure and traceable postage method. Lost or stolen return parcels are not liable to Sierra Chase.

If items are returned and do not meet these requirements, they will be returned to you at an additional charge. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted. 

Once an item is returned we will check over it and if it is approved, you will be provided with a refund of the item’s cost (not including shipping cost) to your original payment method.  

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please email contact@sierrachase.com.au and use the subject “FAULTY ITEM ORDER #” with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. Please detail the fault and include images and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. 

Garments that are found to be worn, washed or altered in any way will be refused. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be mindful when placing your order as once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel the order. Once you've received your item/s, you're welcome to make a return with us, as long as your item/s meet our returns criteria.
